We are a national property management organization (www.nrpgroup.com) currently seeking an individual to oversee our two newly developed affordable-housing properties located in Columbus. Franklinton Senior (54 units) and Boulevard Homes (40 units) are two NEWLY CONSTRUCTED communites for those age 55 and better.
This position will be responsible for property operations; maintaining occupancy levels; ensuring positive tenant relations; managing a maintenance staff; and complying with all reporting requirements.
We develop, build, and manage our own assets...we are not an unstable 3rd party management company.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Strong property operations knowledge with at least four (4) plus years experience.
• Experience working with seniors helpful.
• LIHTC knowledge a plus.
• Effective team building and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with entering data into YARDI or another property management software.
• Certification or credentials such as ARM, CPM, COS, or HCCP a plus.
