Reps. Will be trained to handle the following types of calls :
1. Troubleshooting
2. Re-crediting existing accounts and answering questions
3. Opening new accounts
Looking for the following:
1. Reliable
2. Punctual
3. Flexible
4. Must be able to work weekends/nights
5. Call center/ Customer service experience
6. Willing to go the extra mile for both the company and customers
7. Computer literate- a variety of programs are used
8. Clear speaking voice
*Job will require sitting for extended periods with breaks plus lunch hour.
