Customer Service Representative (Ashburn, VA)

Fast growing, dynamic telecommunications company based in Ashburn, VA is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team.

Reps. Will be trained to handle the following types of calls :

1. Troubleshooting
2. Re-crediting existing accounts and answering questions
3. Opening new accounts

Looking for the following:

1. Reliable
2. Punctual
3. Flexible
4. Must be able to work weekends/nights
5. Call center/ Customer service experience
6. Willing to go the extra mile for both the company and customers
7. Computer literate- a variety of programs are used
8. Clear speaking voice

*Job will require sitting for extended periods with breaks plus lunch hour.
