BARTENDER / SERVER / BARBACK POSITIONS (male or female) (Tarzana/Encino)

Kravings World Fusion & Lounge is seeking part time Bartender/Server/Barback (male or female)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Bartender/Barback
Work well under pressure with a busy bar crowd as well as interact with the local clients in a friendly and professional manner. Open/close and maintain the bar. Providing customer service, mixing and dispensing drinks, maintain cleanliness of the station and describe Kravings wines and cocktails to the guests, take orders for food and beverages, using suggestive selling techniques. Input orders to POS system and when ready serve. Clear the bar/tables during service. Control guest checks and secure proper payment. Adhere to Restaurant's procedure and serving guidelines

Server
Describe Kravings concept, cuisine, wines and cocktails to the guests, Take orders for food and beverages, using suggestive selling techniques. Input orders to POS system and when ready serve. Clear tables during service. Control guest checks and secure proper payment. Adhere to Restaurant's procedure and serving guidelines.

All applicants
Be personable, outgoing, well groomed, motivated, have common sense, a good attitude and excellent time management skills. Be passionate and knowledgeable about food, coursing, wine and drinks.
Ensure station and set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by the Supervisor. Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment.

Experience
Bartender: 4 years restaurant/bar with min. 2 years as bartender. 21 years of age or older only.
Barback: 1 year restaurant experience. 21 years of age or older only.
Server: 4 year restaurant experience with min. 1 year as fine dining server. Must have wine and spirit knowlage and a excellent sales person. Experience in Brazilian Churrascaria, a big plus.
