DUTIES


The Web Developer will participate in the creation, production, and maintenance of high-profile e-commerce Internet sites. As an integral member of the Online Properties Department, their responsibilities will be quite varied; a flexible, positive attitude will be essential. Multi-tasking and the ability to handle a wide variety of assignments very quickly will be vital. Development, implementation and maintenance will be a priority.

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will command a thorough knowledge of common web languages and e-commerce principles, combined with a strong foundation of logic and problem solving. Two-five years experience with enterprise-level e-commerce packages like Interworld, Broadvision, ATG, Fry or similar is preferred. A working knowledge of Java, PHP, XML, SQL Server and standard web site development tools will be considered an asset.

The Web Developer should be creative, energetic, and open to learning new skills. Solid experience with Internet navigation and terminology as well as standard development procedures and practices is expected. Excellent oral and written communication skills are desirable.

$500.00 attorney's fee (per family member) + U.S. government filing fees and other costs (My attendance at the consular interview is not included in the $500.00 fee.)

$300.00 attorney's fee (per family member) + US government filing fees and other costs (The $300.00 fee does not include any legal services after USCIS makes a decision on the I-130 Petition. Therefore, for instance, it does not include any legal services after a USCIS-approved application is transferred to the National Visa Center.)

I-751 Petition to Remove Conditional Aspects of Permanent Residency
