Attorney's Fees for Marriage/Family-Based Applications for Visas and Green Cards

Note: The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security is abbreviated below as "USCIS".


Joint I-130 Petition/I-1485 Adjustment of Status to Permanent Resident Application for U.S. citizen's spouse, parent, or unmarried child under 21 residing in the United States

Includes the following services: (1) Preparation of I-130 Petition for Alien Relative; (2) Preparation of spouse's/relative's simultaneous I-485 Adjustment of Status to Permanent Resident Application; (3) Preparation of I-765 Employment Authorization Application; (4) Submission of package to USCIS; (5) Communication with USCIS about applications/petitions and preparation of responses to USCIS' requests for evidence or additional information to support applications/petitions; (6) Preparation of clients for any adjustment of status interview; (7) Attendance with clients at any adjustment of status interview.

$800.00 attorney's fee (for each family member) + U.S. government filing fees and other costs

K-3 Spousal Visa for U.S. citizen's spouse residing outside of the United States/Subsequent I-485 Adjustment of Status to Permanent Resident Application

Includes the following services: (1) Preparation and submission to USCIS of I-130 Petition for Alien Relative; (2) Preparation and submission to USCIS of I-129F Petition for Alien Fiancé; (3) Assistance with visa application process; (4) Preparation and submission to USCIS of I-485 Adjustment of Status to Permanent Resident Application and I-765 Employment Authorization Application after the alien spouse's arrival in the US; (5) Communication with USCIS about applications/petitions and preparation of responses to USCIS' requests for evidence or additional information to support applications/petitions; (6) Preparation of clients for adjustment of status interview; (7) Attendance with clients at adjustment of status interview.

$900.00 attorney's fee + U.S. government filing fees and other costs
K-2 Minor Child Visa for unmarried child under 21 years old of a U.S. citizen's fiancé who is applying for a K-1 Fiancé Visa OR K-4 Minor Child Visa for unmarried child under 21 years old of a U.S. citizen's spouse who is applying for a K-3 Spousal Visa

Includes the following services: (1) Submission of necessary documentation for child with U.S. citizen's I-129F petition for alien fiance or alien spouse; (2) Assistance with visa application process; (3) Preparation and simultaneous submission to USCIS of the I-130 Petition for Alien Relative, I-485 Adjustment of Status to Permanent Resident Application, and I-765 Employment Authorization Application (if the child is of legal working age), after the child arrives in the United States and if the child's parent is an alien fiancé, after the parent's marriage to the U.S. citizen takes place; (4) Communication with USCIS about applications/petitions and preparation of responses to USCIS' requests for evidence or additional information to support applications/petitions; (5) Preparation of clients for any adjustment of status interview; (6) Attendance with clients at adjustment of status interview.

$850.00 attorney's fee (per child) + US government filing fees and other costs

K-1 Fiancé Visa for U.S. citizen's fiancé residing outside of the United States and Joint I-130 Petition/I-485 Adjustment of Status to Permanent Resident Application after fiancé arrives in the US and marriage takes place

Includes the following services: (1) Preparation and submission to USCIS of I-129F Petition for Alien Fiancé; (2) Assistance with visa application process; (3) Preparation and submission to USCIS of I-130 Petition for Alien Relative, I-485 Adjustment of Status to Permanent Resident Application, and I-765 Employment Authorization Application after the alien fiancé's arrival in the US and after marriage to the U.S. citizen petitioner takes place; (4) Communication with USCIS about applications/petitions and preparation of responses to USCIS' requests for evidence or additional information to support applications/petitions; (5) Preparation of clients for adjustment of status interview; (6) Attendance with clients at adjustment of status interview.

$950.00 attorney's fee + US government filing fees and costs

I-130 Petition and Consular Processing for: U.S. citizen's spouse, unmarried child under 21, or parent who is residing outside the United States

Includes the following services: (1) Preparation and submission to USCIS of the I-130 Petition for Alien Relative; (2) Communication with USCIS/the U.S. Department of State about the petition, including preparation of responses to requests for evidence and additional information to support the petition; (3) Assistance with forms for consular processing; (4) Preparation of client(s) for consular interview.

$500.00 attorney's fee (per family member) + U.S. government filing fees and other costs (My attendance at the consular interview is not included in the $500.00 fee.)

I-130 Petition for: U.S. citizen's son/daughter who is married and/or 21 years old or older; U.S. citizen's sibling; or U.S. permanent resident's eligible family member

Includes the following services: (1) Preparation and submission to USCIS of the I-130 Petition for Alien Relative; (2) Communication with USCIS about the petition, including preparation of responses to requests for evidence and additional information to support the petition.

$300.00 attorney's fee (per family member) + US government filing fees and other costs (The $300.00 fee does not include any legal services after USCIS makes a decision on the I-130 Petition. Therefore, for instance, it does not include any legal services after a USCIS-approved application is transferred to the National Visa Center.)

I-751 Petition to Remove Conditional Aspects of Permanent Residency

Includes the following services: (1) Preparation and submission to USCIS of the I-751 Application to Remove Conditional Aspects of Permanent Residency; (2) Communication with USCIS about petition, including preparation of responses to requests for evidence and additional information to support the petition; (3) Preparation of clients for adjustment interview; (4) Attendance with clients at adjustment interview.

$600.00 attorney's fees (per family member) + US government filing fees and other costs
