Position Summary: Assists Banquet Manager/Supervisor with directing staff assigned to the Banquet Department. Assist and coordinate the food and beverage service of banquet functions.

*Unloads trays in the service area, racking glassware, scraping plates, and separating silverware.
*Practices "clean as you go" techniques of service, including refolding napkins and cleaning between courses, and keeping the station clean, neat, and supplied at all times.
*Completes assigned breakdown and closing sidework.

Position Requirements:
*Excellent customer service focus and communication skills.
*Previous upscale hotel banquet or restaurant experience required.
*TIPS Certified.
*Ability to interpret/extract information and/or perform arithmetic functions.
*Must be able to stand/walk for 6-8 hours/shift.
*A minimum formal education of a high school diploma and a minimum of one year job-related experience.

On-Call position from May through November.

Franklinton Senior (54 units) and Boulevard Homes (40 units) are two NEWLY CONSTRUCTED communites for those age 55 and better.

This position will be responsible for property operations; maintaining occupancy levels; ensuring positive tenant relations; managing a maintenance staff; and complying with all reporting requirements.

We develop, build, and manage our own assets...we are not an unstable 3rd party management company.

The ideal candidate will have:
• Strong property operations knowledge with at least four (4) plus years experience.
• Experience working with seniors helpful.
• LIHTC knowledge a plus.
• Effective team building and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with entering data into YARDI or another property management software.
• Certification or credentials such as ARM, CPM, COS, or HCCP a plus.
