Administrative/Executive Assistant (Downtown Brooklyn, United States Jobs)

Downtown Brooklyn real estate management and development firm seeks an organized and proactive Assistant to the President. The ideal incumbent be will proficient is MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and have excellent communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities include:
-Administrative duties: answering phones, placing telephone calls, managing the principal's calendar and scheduling appointments, photocopying , faxing, filing, composing correspondence, etc.
-Assist in the preparation of government contract bid packages.
-Special projects on an ad hoc basis. Projects can entail conducting basic research and organizing / presenting findings, organizing meetings, etc.
-Additional administrative duties as assigned.

College degree is a plus. Prior experience in the real estate industury is a plus. This is a fast-paced and congenial atmosphere. Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00 am-5:00 pm.
