Reservationist (Cruise Ship Jobs in USA)

If you're an outgoing individual, Hornblower Cruises & Events would like you to join our team. We help our guests create special occasions or their perfect vacation. Our call center agents work with guests from all over the world, booking reservations on one of our dinner cruises in five California cities, booking tickets to visit Alcatraz in San Francisco and for booking tickets to visit the Statue of Liberty in New York. We are seeking candidates with 1-2 years experience in reservations, retail, and telephone or customer service. To be considered for this position, successful candidates must:

• Be friendly, motivated and a team player
• Have an excellent telephone manner
• Have the ability to handle a busy switchboard
• Possess keen selling skills
• Be able to type 30-35 wpm
• Have basic math and grammar skills
• Be able to multitask

This is a 20-40 hour/week position which requires flexible hours. Shifts available are 4:30AM – 7:30PM. You must be willing to work weekends.

This position requires a pre-employment drug test.
